 Flight Wear Shoes
Urethane wear shoes for the flights of rectangular clarifiers and cross collectors are being used more and more, and for many good reasons.
Molded, one-piece urethane wear shoes eliminate wear on the bottom and side rails because they eliminate steel-to-steel contact. Flights run smoothly, without surging.
Urethane shoes are light in weight, resist corrosion, abrasion, and cutting, and can be easily installed. When one angle surface wears, the part can be removed and turned so the other angle becomes the wear surface.
Our UI95 urethane compound will outperform and outlast other materials, and our molded parts won't warp, buckle, or take a set.

Wear shoes are available in single & two hole placements. The "L" Shape provides two wear surfaces for a longer life.
The length (B dimension) can be adjusted to fit the application. Parts are .500" thick.
