In July of 2000, Urethane Innovators, made a key move for delivery & quality by adding an in-house machine shop which is responsible for producing, inserts, cores and added mold making capabilities. With state of the art CNC equipment parts can be produced quickly with accuracy and precision.

This provides Urethane Innovators the flexibility it needs to meet customer commitments. "Having an in-house machine shop decreases turn-around time, adds In-house quality control of all machined parts, producing overall lower cost for a turnkey operation".
Having a turnkey operation allows Urethane Innovators the ability to accept blanket purchase orders for large quantities. With this in mind, customers no longer have to keep a high stock level and can benefit from a cost reduction by placing larger orders.
